Bar One Racing is a review and information site, and our support desk reflects that focus. We're a small team, so we keep our contact channel simple and manageable rather than spreading thin across multiple platforms that we couldn't properly resource.
Whether you've spotted an error on the site, have a question about something you've read, or want to flag a broken link, email remains the most reliable way to reach us. It gives us a proper written record and lets us respond thoughtfully rather than rushing an answer.
One channel: email
All enquiries go through [email protected]. We don't operate live chat, a phone line, or social media inboxes for support purposes, so please don't expect a reply through those routes even if you find us there.
When you write to us, include enough detail for us to act on it: the page you're referring to, what you noticed, and any relevant screenshots or links. Vague messages take longer to resolve simply because we have to ask follow-up questions first.
How we triage messages
Incoming emails are sorted by type. Corrections and factual queries about our content are usually the quickest to handle, since they involve checking a specific claim against a source. General feedback and suggestions get read and considered but may not always receive an individual reply.
We do not accept betting instructions, account management requests, or withdrawal queries, since we don't operate any betting product ourselves. If your message relates to an actual wagering account, you'll need to contact the operator in question directly.
Turnaround in plain language
We aim to acknowledge emails within a few working days, though this can stretch during busier periods. There's no guaranteed same-day response, and we'd rather give an accurate answer later than a rushed one immediately.
If your enquiry needs input from more than one person on our side, expect it to take a little longer. We'll let you know if something is going to sit with us for a while rather than leaving you wondering.
Escalation limits
We're not a regulator, an ombudsman, or a dispute resolution service, so we can't intervene in complaints against betting operators or arbitrate on individual account issues. Our role stays limited to the content published on this site.
For gambling-related support rather than a query about our articles, see our responsible gambling page, which lists where to find independent help in Ireland. Our own privacy page explains what happens to any personal information you send us by email.
